Delicious food at great prices! We had eaten at the one in the RGV previously and were very familiar with the menu. We mostly ordered fish and shrimp but my daughter ordered the octopus in scampi sauce. I love their light breading, the fried rice, and their tarter sauce is delicious. One of my daughters loved the stuffed shrimp.The drinks are flavorful and fun. We had a pitcher of the pepino lime and a watermelon margarita. Service was perfect and the restaurant was bright and spaced out. The only issue was the restroom floor was a bit sticky.

My favorite place to get my crawfish fix the Mambo sauce is to die for ..The manager James is always checking on everyone I come all the time now ..thank you to Jajuan & Juliette for always being on ur best game when I vist idk what I’m gonna do when crawfish season ends

Kristen is an amazing bartender. She had everyone's order fast and ready. She was able to hold a conversation and be genuinely interested. This was our first time stopping by and we will defiantly be returning due to the service that was provided to us by Kristen. The drinks were amazing, so much flavor. If you see her tell her you saw this review and couldn't wait to try it out for yourself.

I had read reviews on Mambo online at other locations and thought I would try this location out since I have never been. I have to start off by saying that the food is amazing. I dined in earlier in the week and loved it so much that I ordered take out on the weekend. The fish and shrimp are very good but the rice is out of this world. I loved the shrimp, pork and chicken rice and the atmosphere was really nice. I will definitely be coming back and telling all my friends and family about this location.

Mambo Seafood is a hidden gem!! The environment is so refreshing, the music gives the best vibes and experience and the FOOD is the best part!! I was so impressed by everything we ordered. The flavor and presentation exceeded my expectations. Crystal was a great server to us and the floor manager, Jesse was so kind and welcoming. They both made our experience one to remember. I plan on returning with my parents and children. Thank you, Mambo Team on Brooks City Base. Oh and can you please do merch with the “hecho en mi cultura” t-shirts!! Thank you :)

First time visiting and it was good. The atmosphere is great. The customer service was excellent. Our food took a little longer to come out, but they provided an explanation for the delay. It was a pretty reasonable wait for a Saturday night. Kids enjoyed the food, which is a huge deal because I have some picky eaters.

This place was amazing! The food was delicious and came out quickly, and the atmosphere was super welcoming. Huge thanks to our server Juliette, she was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

First time here & let me say Mambo definitely did not disappoint! Glad I picked this for my birthday dinner! Our waitress Savannah was excellent She was friendly, came to our table fast to take our drink/appetizers order, & attentive. We ordered a variety of apps...elote, empanadas costenas, & stuffed jalapenos. Our entrees were a crispy chicken sandwich with fries, 2 #1's (fried fish, fried shrimp, with rice) & a cheese burger with fries. Everything was fresh/made to order, flavorful & the rice was to die for! The restaurant was not packed when we went (6:30/7pm) & was super clean (including the restrooms) Definitely going back soon!
